Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of primiHorse (the website, mobile apps and related services) provided by Primisafe Technologies ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

The service

primiHorse connects to cameras you authorise, shows live and still views, and uses AI to watch for activity and behaviour that may warrant an alert. Features available to you depend on your subscription and on the cameras and network you provide.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or close accounts that are abused, unpaid where payment is required, or that put the service or other customers at risk.

Subscriptions and pricing

Subscriptions renew until cancelled. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid or trial period.

Subscriptions are charged at £24.99 per month for the first camera and £15 per month for each camera after it. The Stable Plan covers up to four cameras and the Yard and Equestrian Centre Plan applies from the fifth camera onwards; the rate is the same on both. AI monitoring is included on every camera. Cameras may be added at any time and the subscription is adjusted accordingly, with any difference charged pro rata for the remainder of the current billing period.

Where prices change, existing subscriptions may be held at their original rate for a stated period. During that period, cameras added to the subscription are charged at the original rate. The new rate applies from the first renewal on or after the date the held period ends, and no charge is raised part-way through a billing period purely because that period has ended.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Taxes may apply where required. Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends, as shown at signup and on Billing.

Your cameras and network

You confirm you have the right to connect any camera or recorder you add, and to process imagery from those locations. You are responsible for router configuration, credentials, firmware and local recording. EZVIZ, Imou and Dahua DoLynk cloud Easy Connect do not require a static IP; other connection types may need a reachable endpoint (for example port forwarding), which is usually arranged by whoever installed the cameras.

AI observation, not veterinary diagnosis

primiHorse analyses activity and behaviour visible through connected cameras. It does not diagnose medical conditions and is not a replacement for veterinary care or physical checks. Alerts can miss events or raise false alarms. If you are concerned about your horse, check the horse directly and contact a qualified veterinary surgeon where appropriate.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, reverse engineer except where permitted by law, overload infrastructure, or use primiHorse to monitor people in ways that break privacy or other laws. We may remove content or disconnect cameras that breach these terms.

Intellectual property

primiHorse software, branding and documentation remain ours or our licensors'. You keep ownership of your account content and camera imagery; you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service.

Availability and liability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Camera feeds depend on third-party networks and vendor clouds. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from missed alerts, network failure, or third-party camera services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Mobile apps and store rules

App Store and Google Play terms also apply to installs from those stores. Subscriptions are purchased on the website; the apps are for using a membership bought there. We do not sell in-app subscriptions through the mobile stores.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, except where the law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
